  I came to this practice having been a looong-time client of Dr. Gilmore's. You really CANNOT go wrong with any of these 3 dentists (and they have all worked on me, after today). They are all highly proficient at their craft, have wonderful 'chair-side' manners, and are committed to seeing that their patients receive the treatment they need without suffering pain! I grew up with a dentist that several of us nicknamed Butcher, do to his general lack of concern for inflicting... pain on his patients. This office is as far as you could possibly get from that experience. I had the 'pleasure' of getting a filling today, and Dr. Jacobsen and her assistant Margo put on a very impressive display of skill and teamwork. I don't think there was a word spoken between them, but every tool was ready for Beth when she needed it. Every step of the procedure was methodical and swift (but not rushed). The next step was known, without hesitation, and Margo anticipated her every need. And when Beth needed to use the other end of tool she was already using, she flipped it around with the speed, precision, and flair of a magician.

  New32 has been the best place for our family! We have taken our daughter there ever since she was 2 and plan on taking our son there soon. They love it and has especially been wonderful for my husband and I! Soo much attention to detail, soo friendly and very informative. We love them! Bring your whole family to this office- they are amazing.

  Dr. Shaw and Dr. Jacobsen are as good as they get! I have known them since dental school and have been impressed with their patient focused care and dedication to excellence. I am an orthodontist in the area and love referring my patients to them as I know they will get the best treatment.

  Dr Shaw and staff are fantastic! My daughter (almost 2yrs) had a playground accident on Sunday night (which involved her mouth and a fair amount of bleeding). Dr Shaw and her staff quickly got us in on Monday morning for an appointment. They were so patient with my daughter (and her stressed out momma). The injury was minor and Dr Shaw helped to put my mind at ease. Thank you New32 for your wonderful professionalism and compassion.

  I came to new32 after a negative experience with my previous dentist. Drs. Shaw & Jacobsen are fantastic- so genuine and knowledgable, and they are definitely no guilt dentists! Their staff is friendly and knowledgable too- this is just a great place all around!
