  I can’t tell you how dental phobic I am just trust me that I would do anything to get out of getting dental work done. Unfortunately, I have to and I am very very glad I switched dentists to come see Dr Byun. Never have I seen an office staff be so caring, compassionate, and willing to work with me. Their office is up to date, have same day crowns, and enough gas to keep my butt in the chair. I appreciate the follow up calls to see how I’m doing and making sure I’m okay and the bite is correct. I’m very grateful that Dr Byun and other owner have broken the mold in how they run their practice and recommend them to anyone who needs work done. This is how a dental practice should be, bravo guys!

  This is my first time here and everyone has been super friendly and inviting. I am not one to be nervous at the dentist. But if I was, they sure make me feel comforted. Everything is very clean and top of the line. I was very impressed with my care.

  I am the first to admit I am scared of the dentist, and as a result I avoided the dentist for over ten years. When I had a dental emergency, I called Lynnwood Crossroads Modern Dentistry because I had their magnet on mg fridge from when they came to my old employer nearly two years ago! I spoke with Ashley on the phone, and she was very warm and understand and was able to get me in within a couple of hours. Ashley later took the time to go over my insurance with me so that I ...knew what was covered verses what wasn't and was great at making this easy to understand.

  I had a great experience with my dentist and hoping my billing experience can be rectified. I’ve been asking for help for awhile now with no results. For my visit I used my Benny card for payment as I put money into this account for these medical purposes. Basically I overpaid from what I paid vs my EOB and have been asking for help to clarify the issue. I initially called as my Benny card saying I overpaid. I called and emailed my EOB and the letter I received and they don’t seem to care. My card has been suspended due to this and I had to cover this amount as nobody is helping me. Dental work is the reason I put money aside for this reason and I’m not impressed. The dentist I had was amazing but so far the office staff is lacking profusely.

  I would give them a five if not for the 4 x I have made appointments and the appointment went over than what I was told. About half an hour to an hour more. When you make an appointment here make sure you give a good 2 hours if you are making another appointment with someone after. The dentists and staff are great but I don't feel they respect my time as they would like me to respect theirs.
