I was surprised to find out that this cafeteria is managed by Sodexo, because my experiences with other Sodexo-run cafeterias have been disastrous, to say the least. I've been here more than I might have wanted to, but life happens, and as a result, I have frequented this cafeteria while visiting people at the hospital several times. Their veggie burger was actually tasty, and I was able to get it with real cheddar, not American masquerading as cheddar (I have experienced this more times than I'd like to admit). The veggies on the burger were top quality, and clean. They have various desserts for purchase in the refrigerated area, as well as fresh fruit, and packaged puddings, cakes, yogurt parfaits, and snacks to-go. They have healthy items, mixed with caloric splurges, and it's nice that they give you the information to make informed food choices, and the nutritional information for the different food offerings are available, which is helpful, and makes sense, being a healthcare facility, although I have not seen that at other hospitals I've been to, unfortunately. The chocolate pudding was also really delicious, and their salad bar was varied, fresh, and reasonably priced. I don't go out of my way to come to this cafeteria, but if I was in a situation where coming here made sense, other than hospital-related, I would strongly consider it as a possibility for varied, and some healthy, food items.
Daytime selections are pretty good. The grill vs the salad bar vs pizza bar vs sushi bar...vs sandwich bar.... but the nighttime selection leaves little to be desired. They close down the grill. The soup Selection is whatever is left over during the day ...which is pretty much the most disgusting soup ever ...Bc nobody else wanted it. It's usually some green pea soup that looks like something out of your high-school cafeteria. What the heck..?!?! Entrees are equally unappealing. They will throw all the left over ingredients into a pan and call it stir-fry. This cafeteria has so much potential if they would just feed people better at nighttime Also it closes from 8-9pm...which is really inconvenient. And then they open from 9pm-2am wig the crappy food described above. I think at nighttime you're better off going to vons across the street.

Pretty standard hospital cafeteria fare. You've got the entree station, pizza station, grill station, salad bar. Great pricing, opens late, right next to the elevators for west tower... It hits pretty much everything you want in a hospital cafeteria.
Opens at 6:30 am
Pretty good food. Large salad bar. Nutritional information for everything is displayed.
Breakfast Burrito should be your first choice in the morning! #goodmoodfood
