  Running and Biking a ton for Ironman definitely puts the wear and tear on the body.... every visit with Dr. Serge helps me understand weaknesses that need attention, strengthening and trigger release. There's only so much that can be done with a foam roller, sports massage and self-myofascial release. Dr. Serges' Graston and Rapid Release treatments are necessary to restore flexibility, clear adhesions and improve scar tissues that accumulate from hard athletic workouts from Crossfit to an array of sports. Clearing out these areas involve temporary discomfort but the the healing benefits the next day establish serious training gains.

  I have gone to other chiropractors and was told I'm hard to adjust (not a smell person). Then I meet Dr. Serge Lazatin!! best adjustment ever & use of different techniques. Truthfully I can say, your in good hands with Dr. Serge.
